What you can do in your Norton account
Your Norton account gives you a central place to handle everything related to your security subscription. Once signed in, you can:
- View your active subscription plan and renewal date
- Download Norton products onto new devices
- Add or remove devices from your protection plan
- Update payment methods and billing details
- Check your product key and activation status
How to sign in
Visit my.norton.com/home/setup and enter the email address and password associated with your Norton purchase. If you created your account during the initial setup, use those same credentials.
Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to reset it via email.
Downloading Norton from your account
After signing in, navigate to the My Subscriptions or Download section. Select the product you purchased and click the download button. Follow the on-screen prompts to install Norton on your device.

Account management tips
Keep your email current. Renewal reminders and security alerts are sent to the email on file. Update it promptly if it changes.
Enable two-factor authentication where available to add an extra layer of protection to your account.
